AKSARALOKA.COM, PONTIANAK-DD alias Donny, pelaku pencurian tabung gas disalah satu warung kopi di Jalan Khatulistiwa Kelurahan Siantan Hilir, Kecamatan Pontianak Utara ditangkap polisi.
Kasat Reskrim Polresta Pontianak Kompol Indra Asrianto, mengatakan, pada Sabtu 6 Agustus warung kopi milik Kamisah, di Jalan Khatulistiwa dibobol pencuri. Adapun barang-barang korban yang hilang, yakni empat buah tabung gas LPG 3kg dan uang tunai sebesar Rp.500 ribu.
“Berdasarkan laporan korban, penyelidikan dilakukan. Dari keterangan saksi-saksi dan petunjuk yang ada, akhirnya didapatlah identitas pelaku, yakni Donny, warga Gang Teluk Air Jalan Khatulistiwa,” kata Indra, Sabtu (3/09/2022).
Indra menjelaskan, setelah penyelidikan dilakukan pada Rabu 32 Agustus, pelaku akhirnya berhasil ditangkap. Penangkapan berlangsung di kediamannya. “Dari interogasi, pelaku mengaku mencuri di warung korban. Ia masuk melalui pintu samping kemudian merusak dua buah kunci gembok dengan menggunakan obeng,” ungkap Indra.
Dikatakan Indra, adapun barang bukti yang disita dari pelaku, yakni satu buah tabung gas LPG 3kg. Terhadapnya akan dikenakan pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjara tujuh tahun. (hyd)
