PONTIANAK – Kedatangan Budi Perasetiyono disambut hangat pengurus DPW PPP Kalimantan Barat, suasana haru tak terbendung ketika meminta restu sebagai bakal calon gubernur Kalimantan Barat periode 2024-2029, Rabu (16/5/2024) siang.
Budi Perasetiyono bukan lah orang baru di partai berlambangkan Ka’bah tersebut. Salah satu mantan pengurus yang turut membesarkan PPP dengan jabatan terakhir Sekretaris Wilayah DPW PPP.
Kedatangannya pun merupakan suatu hal mengejutkan para pengurus.
Kedatangan Budi Perasetiyono langsung dipeluk Sekretaris Wilayah DPW PPP Kalbar H Miftah dan para pengurus lainnya. Kerinduan kepada Budi Perasetiyono tak terbendungkan.
“Saya telah kembali ke rumah, kedatangan saya untuk meminta restu sebagai Cawagub Kalbar,” kata Budi Perasetiyono.
Budi Perasetiyono mengatakan PPP adalah tempatnya belajar, mengabdi dan mendapatkan ilmu. Sehingga dalam kesempatan sebelumnya pernah diberikan amanah sebagai Sekretaris Wilayah DPW PPP Kalbar.
Budi meyakini partai berlambang Ka’bah yang selama ini pernah membesarkannya akan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengusungnya sebagai Bakal Calon Gubernur Kalimantan Barat.
“Insya Allah, saya yakin PPP akan memberikan restu, dalam hal ini rekomendasi dalam pesta demokrasi di Kalbar,” ucap Budi.
Budi menambahkan, Ia berharap PPP mengusungnya sebagai Bacalon Wakil Gubernur Kalbar pada Pilkada Serentak tahun 2024 ini.
“Perlu kawan – kawan media ketahui bahwa pertama kali saya belajar hingga mengenal dunia politik itu dari ya dari PPP, bahkan PPP jugalah yang turut serta membesarkan nama saya hingga bisa seperti saat sekarang ini, maka wajar jika PPP ini sudah saya anggap seperti rumah sendiri,” tuntas Budi.
Sementara itu Sekretaris DPW PPP, mengatakan, untuk Budi Perasetiyono jangankan maju sebagai Calon Wakil Gubernur, andaikan saja maju sebagai Gubernur pasti akan didukung.
“Jangankan Cawagub,
Pak Budi maju sebagai Gubernur Kalbar pun Insya Allah pasti akan kami dukung,” tegas Sekretaris Wilayah DPW PPP Kalbar, H Miftah S.H.I
Menurut H Miftah, saat ini fair-fair saja, partai mana sih yang tidak bangga ada sosok, saudara dan sahabat yang duduk di jajaran eksekutif, begitu juga dengan PPP tentu ini merupakan suatu kebanggaan tersendiri bagi PPP.
“PPP yang siap lahir batin maju sebagai Calon Wagub Kalbar, apalagi seperti Pak Budi ini ya, sudah tidak kita diragukan lagi kualitasnya, baik dari sisi pengalaman membesarkan/memimpin organisasi, maupun dalam hal kariernya dibidang Kenotariatan,” ujar H Miftah.
H Miftah mengetahui betul sosok Budi Perasetiyono. Karena H Miftah juga merupakan sahabat dekat Budi Perasetiyono.
“Maka dengan Bismillah kami DPW PPP Kalbar Lahir Batin akan terus mengawal dan berjuang semaksimal mungkin untuk menjadikan beliau sebagai Wakil Gubernur Kalbar,” tuntas Miftah.
