AKSARALOKA.COM, PONTIANAK-Erry Iriansyah terdakwa kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pada pembangunan gedung Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Transportasi Darat (BPPTD) Mempawah resmi mengundurkan diri dari statusnya sebagai anggota DPRD Kalimantan Barat.
Hal ini disampaikan langsung oleh Ketua DPD Partai Golkar Kalbar Maman Abdurrahman, Rabu 5 April 2023.
“Yang bersangkutan sudah mengajukan pengunduran diri sebagai anggota DPRD Kalbar,” ujar Maman Abdurahman saat dihubungi, Rabu 5 April 2023.
Maman menerangkan, selain mundur dari DPRD, terdakwa Erry Iriansyah juga menyatakan mundur dari kader Partai Golkar. Dengan demikian, jabatannya sebagai Ketua DPD Partai Golkar Kabupaten Kubu Raya telah diganti.
“Sebagai kader Golkar, yang bersangkutan juga telah mengundurkan diri,” terang Maman.
Saat ini, proses persidangan yang dipimpin hakim Tri Retnaningsi, telah memasuki pekan keempat, dengan agenda pemeriksaan saksi-saksi dari Kementerian Perhubungan dan pihak-pihak swasta pelaksana proyek.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Tim jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Gandi Wijaya mengatakan, pembangunan gedung BP2TD Mempawah menggunakan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara (APBD) tahun 2016 di Kementerian Perhubungan senilai Rp 122 miliar.
“Anggaran tersebut dibagi menjadi empat pekat pekerjaan, yakni paket 1 senilai Rp 15 miliar, paket 2 senilai Rp 6 miliar, paket 3 senilai Rp 20 miliar, paket 4 senilai Rp 15 miliar dan pembangunan infrastruktur dan lansekap Rp 65 miliar,” kata Gandi,.
Dijelaskan, masing-masing terdakwa memiliki peran berbeda, yakni Prayitno selaku pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK), Erry Iriansyah dan Joni Isnaini sebagai pemilik dan operator pekerjaan, kemudian Nurlela dan Razali Bustam pemilik perusahaan yang digunakan ikut lelang dan Ghazali yang mengurus administrasi.
Keenam orang ini, melalui materi dakwaan, disebut melakukan sejumlah komunikasi dan pertemuan untuk merancang untuk memenangkan proses pelelangan.
Kemudian, hasil penghitungan yang dilakukan BPK, dalam proses pelaksaan ditemukan kerugian negara mencapai Rp 32 miliar.
“Selain dijerat undang-undang tipikor, 3 terdakwa Prayitno, Erry Iriansyah dan Joni Isnaini dijerat Undang-undang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang,” kata Gandi. (Zrn)
