Wajah Korban Babak Belur, Pelaku Terancam 5 Tahun Penjara
AKSARALOKA.COM,PONTIANAK-Gara-gara berebut antri solar subsidi, 2 warga terlibat adu jotos di area stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum (SPBU) Pertamina Jalan Khatulistiwa Kelurahan Batulayang Kecamatan Pontianak Utara, Kamis (16/06/2022).
Alhasil seorang pengantri bernama Pandu, (36) warga Jalan Telok Dalam Desa Wajok Hulu Kecamatan Jongkat, terpaksa harus menjalani perawatan dirumah sakit lantaran mengalami luka memar diarea mata serta retak pada tulang pelipis.
Kepada aksaraloka.com, Pandu, mengungkapkan kejadian berawal saat dirinya sedang mengantri nomor untuk mendapatkan jatah 100 liter minyak solar di SPBU Pertamina Jalan Khatulistiwa Pontianak Utara, Kamis (16/06/2022).
Saat dirinya mendapat giliran antri, salah seorang pengendara truk berinisial FP, tiba-tiba menyalip dan merebut antrian dan mengatakan jika dirinya baru datang dan harus antri di belakang.
Mendengar perkataan FP, Pandu naik pitam dan mendorong pelaku. Namun pelaku balik memukul korban hingga mengalami memar pada wajah, serta retak dibagian tulang pelipis. Atas kejadian itu, Pandu langsung melaporkan pemukulan tersebut ke Polsek Pontianak Utara.
Sementara itu Kapolsek Pontianak Utara AKP Suryadi, membenarkan jika terjadi perkelahian di SPBU Jalan khatulistiwa yang melibatkan 2 pengantri minyak solar. Dikatakan Suryadi, awalnya korban bernama Pandu, hanya terlibat cek-cok mulut dengan orang tua tersangka FP, namun FP yang melihat kejadian itu tak terima dan langsung menghajar korban hingga babak belur.
“Perkelahian yang terjadi pada tiga hari lalu itu karena ketidaksabaran 2 orang pengantri minyak solar. Suryadi menambahkan, meski pihak SPBU sudah menerapkan aturan dengan menerbitkan kartu antri, namun pengantri minyak tidak mengikuti aturan tersebut, ” terang Suryadi, pada Sabtu (18/06/2022).
Akibat perbuatan itu, korban Pandu mengalami luka memar pada wajah serta retak dibagian tulang pelipis, korban juga sempat mendapat perawatan selama 2 hari di rumah sakit.
Sementara pelaku FP, (19) warga Kelurahan Batulayang Kecamatan Pontianak Utara yang masih berstatus pelajar di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Pontianak itu terancam pasal 351 KUHP dan penjara selama 5 tahun.
